Rough surf continues to stall car recovery efforts off Virginia Beach Fishing Pier

Crime scene tape still lines the Virginia Beach Fishing Pier, nearly a week after someone drove off the end of it. Rough surf is stalling efforts to recover that car which is currently 17 feet underwater and on its roof. The Virginia Beach Police Department has called in Crofton Industries in Portsmouth to help with the removal process, and we're told they could try again Friday.
