Today I'm showing you how to make easy protein packed chia pudding, with just 3 simple ingredients. This chia pudding recipe is my go to for busy mornings, and I've also included how to make it 3 different ways: banana chia pudding, chocolate cherry chia pudding, and red velvet chia pudding!

With over 25 grams of protein per serving, this will soon become your favorite healthy vegan breakfast recipe :)
