Bill Pinkney-Hall of Fame Sailor

The first African American to solo sail around the world and inducted into the National Sailing Hall of  Fame. Bill Pinkney started his incredible life voyage growing-up in a fatherless home on welfare on Chicago's Southside . The retired cosmetics executive wanted to show inner city kids how far they could go with a basic education using sailing as a metaphor for life.  Correspondent Mike Cerre reports from Newport, RI
