Kachey Gosht Ki Biryani  
INGREDIENTS:

2 tbs coriander seeds
1 tbs cumin seeds
4 pieces cinnamon sticks
1 tbs black pepper
3 brown cardamom
8 cloves
1/4 nutmeg
2 piece mace
1kg mutton meat
2 1/2 tbs raw papaya paste
1 tbs ginger paste
1 tbs garlic paste
1 tbs lemon juice
200g yogurt
Grinded garam masala
100g brown onion
15-16 dried plums
Anise star 1 and 1/2
1 tbs red chili powder
1 tbs paprika powder
2 tsp salt
3 medium grinded tomatoes
4 tbs milk
4 pinch saffron


Water For Boiling Rice

White cumin seeds
Bay leaf,
Cloves,
Black pepper,
Cinnamon sticks,
Brown cardamom
2 tbs salt
800g rice
1 1/2 cup cooking oil
12 green cardamom
1 cup water
Some chopped coriander
Some mint leaves
3 green chilies
2 tsp kewra water
3 tbs ghee
Chopped coriander
Mint leaves
Green chilies
Brown onion
Saffron
