✨ Endomorph (Kapha): Curvy, voluptuous, and with a slower metabolism. These beautiful individuals often need to focus a bit more on their diet and exercise routines. 🍎

✨ Mesomorph (Pitta): The athletic, muscular build that seems to have the best of both worlds. But even mesomorphs need to find the right balance to stay healthy! 🏃‍♀️
