Just another manic Monday. Coming at you with something that has been on my mind. Not many people talk about what it is like for an adult after diagnosis. I remember asking the Dr. "Well, what now, what do I do?" after he confirmed my ASD suspicions. Unfortunately for people who like instructions and rules, there are none for adult diagnosed autists. It has been an interesting journey and today I am sharing some more of that with you.
