A vehicle description of the 2nd woman was broadcast and Officer Cambray located the vehicle a short distance away. He, along with an officer from the Oneida Police Department, initiated a traffic stop. The driver, a 31-year-old woman, had a fresh black eye and admitted to drinking alcohol. She was asked to perform field sobriety tests (FSTs), which included a preliminary breath test (PBT). The result of the PBT was 0.164% BAC. She was arrested for DUI and taken to a local hospital for a blood draw. Because she was on probation/parole, she was taken to county jail because consuming alcohol is a violation of the terms of her parole. Her case is still pending and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
