All-purpose flour 500grams  0:24
Baking soda 3grams 0:42,
Baking agent 8grams 0:47,
Oil 2 spoons about 15 grams 0:52,
Salt 5grams 1:00
Water 350grams 1:00
• Notice⚠️:  don't heat the oil too hot, ferment it for 3 hours under room temperature of about 20 degrees. Ferment it for longer in winter.
• We need soda, alums and salt to make the traditional deep-fried dough sticks . Alums is forbidden in food in China since2014. This snack is very necessary in China, so we replace it with baking powder. But there is aluminium in it and it is not good for health. If we use baking powder which doesn't have aluminium, the deep-fried dough sticks will be alot worse than the traditional type. So we add  calcium carbonate and starch in the baking powder to make the baking agent. We can buy it from most of the online shopping websites.
•Notice⚠️:  if we use baking powder, add 8 grams too. But there will be alot of bubbles if we put the baking powder in hot oil. So please be careful!
