How to use the T-Method to calculate mechanical advantages in pulley system. Since I have released the series on mechanical advantages I have been getting quite a few wrong answers on the quizzes in those pulley system video's. Even with the T-method explanation I did in the final video on Complex pulley systems. I realised it might have been a bit short of an explanation so I decided to make a video dedicated to the "T-Method" and how to use it to calculate mechanical advantage in pulley systems.
So in this video I break it down and built from a simple 2:1 pulley system all the way to a very complex inline 19:1 pulley system. That last one is not very practical and it does show how to use the T-Method to calculate mechanical advantage.
