How To Install the Kinetic Skewer

This video shows you how to remove your existing skewer and replace it with the Kinetic Skewer provided with your trainer.

We strongly recommend that you use the skewer we provide with the trainer along with the cone cup that comes installed on the trainer. You'll save wear and tear on your own skewer and be assured of a solid attachment for your bike on the trainer.
