Ryan Phillips talks about his past and some of the events affecting his mental health.

Traumatic experiences from the marijuana industry and life in prison contribute to his struggle with mental health today.

Ryan has since moved on to humanitarian endeavors as he focuses on personal development and helping others through his projects. He is currently cycling across Canada for mental health awareness (Spin the Globe) as Stevie from World Trippin films the journey for a following documentary.

Ryan’s mission is to provide hope and inspire change as he encourages others who are suffering to take action and reach out for help. His own struggle with bipolar, PTSD, anxiety and depression has led him to seek help, take medication, and try to make a better life.
