Comparison of built-in Roland R26 XY and Sennheiser G3 lapel radio mic unit plugged into the 3.5mm side unit (http://www.sennheiserusa.com/professi....  This is in a normal room during the day, so should give you some idea of rejection/pickup of noise from the outside if you were in an interview situation.
