Join me for this 30 minute No Repeat Standing Cardio workout using bodyweight cardio exercises to workout entire body.  We will get your heart-pumping cardio and feeling good all from a standing position. We'll do everything in 5 minute blocks and 45 second intervals.  Options for all fitness levels.  All you need for this workout is a little space to move. Are you ready?
