Hi, this is Lisa Skelly, one of the tax and Uber driver-partner experts here at TurboTax, and I'm going to talk to you a little bit about the difference between gross income and net income as an Uber driver-partner. So, your gross income is the amount to come in on the 1099-MISC and 1099-K, and we've talked a little bit about those. We've also talked about what expenses you can use. Those expenses are going to be deducted on your gross income. So, gross income, deductions and expenses... that is going to lead to your net income. The net income is the amount that's taxable. TurboTax Self-Employed is going to help you with those deductions to lower your taxes as much as possible.
