Here is another creamy cheesy pasta dish that is easy and simple to make. I added bacon today, but you can add chicken or shrimp. Please like, share and subscribe. THANK YOU!
INGREDIENTS
12 oz bacon (optional)
1 lb uncooked fettuccini pasta
salt for pasta water
CHEESE SAUCE
2 tbsp rendered bacon fat (or butter)
3 tbsp minced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
pinch of salt
(3) 12 oz cans evaporated milk (or half and half)
pinch of freshly grated nutmeg (optional)
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
4 oz grated parmesan cheese
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
