Pre-season is now over and the new Premier League season is almost upon us.

West Ham will be looking to get off to a good start to the new campaign, but they could not have wished for a tougher start with reigning champions Manchester City visiting east London.

Pep Guardiola's side have already beaten West Ham this summer in the Asia Trophy, and continued their good summer with a victory over Liverpool in the Community Shield on Sunday.

But the Hammers have recruited well this summer, and fans will be looking forward to the likes of Sebastien Haller and Pablo Fornals making their league debuts and testing themselves against the likes of Sergio Aguero and Raheem Sterling.
