He then suspends the project to locate the Nano Catalyst, a device capable of profound power enhancements, which unbeknownst to him, is hidden in the very car sold to Donald. As Donald wrestles with personal challenges and his crush on Natasha, he discovers the car's capabilities. Utilizing the car, he starts a flower delivery business which transforms into a heroic saga where Donald, now dubbed Black Lightning, combats city crimes with his aerial capabilities.

Meanwhile, Victor continues his hunt for the Nano Catalyst, underpinning a grander scheme involving more flying cars. Through twists of fate and bold acts of courage, Donald matures, grappling with personal loss and communal responsibilities, ultimately embodying a true hero, living as Black Lightning.
