Philips AWB989 Elite washing machine filmed at the owners Steve McKinnell (SESteve) on a cottons wash, 50d wash temperature, 3 rinses and a fast 1200 rpm spin. Video on final spin.
It takes a 10lb, 5kg, washload, Hot & Cold fill and has variable time, temperature and spin speed controls for total flexibility. The outer tub is polypropylene, inner drum is stainless steel. The drum is slim depth but wide giving a good rollover and maximum spin performance.. The motor is a Permag (Permanent Magnet Motor) developed by Philips using magnets instead of a field coil, small but powerful.
