Today I have shared the recipe of Makai Na Lot Na Vada, It is also known as Maize Flour Vada or Makai Na Vada. It is the traditional gujarati recipe which we make easily at home and serve it as a evening snacks or breakfast. We can store it upto three days so we can bring it during the travelling journey. Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
For Prepare 18-20 Medium Size Vada (૧૮-૨૦ નંગ વડા બનાવવા માટે)
1 Cup Maize Flour (મકાઈનો લોટ)
2 tbsp Wheat Flour (ઘઉંનો ઝીણો લોટ)
3 tbsp Medium Sour Curd (મધ્યમ ખાટું દહીં)
2 tbsp Chopped Jaggery (સમારેલો ગોળ)
1 tbsp Carom Seeds/Ajwain (અજમો)
As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
1/2 tsp Asafoetida/Hing (હીંગ)
2 tbsp Ginger Chilli Paste (આદુ મરચાંની પેસ્ટ)
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
3 tbsp Oil (For Moyan) (તેલ - મોણ માટે)
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (સફેદ તલ)
As required Water (પાણી)
As required Oil (For Deep fry) (તળવા માટે તેલ)
Serve it with Tea/Masala Curd/Chutney (સર્વ કરવા માટે ચા/મસાલા દહીં/ચટણી)
Store it upto 3-4 days on room temperature. (આ મકાઈનાં લોટનાં વડાને ૩-૪ દિવસ સુધી સ્ટોર કરી શકાય છે.)
