WWII Flame Thrower Demonstration

The U.S. Marine Corps Historical Company, the U.S. Naval Academy history department, and the U.S. Marines sponsored the U.S. Marine Corps historical weapons event at the Naval Academy. Visit www.usna.com for more videos.

Along with static displays of weapons used by Marines from Colonial times through today, a demonstration of a WWII flamethrower, the kind that was used on Saipan, Peleliu, Iwo Jima and Okinawa, was held on Farragut field.
