I Tried The Viral Rice Cake On Tik Tok

Every time I post a short on ricer cakes it goes viral. In total over 10 million views on all my rice cake videos! Heres a long version :)

Rice cakes

Ingredients:
-2 quarts cooked sushi rice
-1 cup mirin
-1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
-maple sugar to taste
-salt to taste
-oil at 350°F for frying
-corn starch to coat
-flakey salt and Togarashi to finish
