Hey Foodies, Today I am sharing the recipe of Crunchy Veg Spring Rolls - with homemade thin sheets in restaurant style, best part about this method is there's no oil inside the rolls as we will be airfrying them with Philips Air Fryer.

Ingredients:
Arrowroot - 1/2 cup
Maida / Plain Flour - 3/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Water - 1 1/4 cup
Oil - 1tbsp
Garlic -2 tbsp
Chili Flakes - 1 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1
Carrot - 1/2
Capsicum - 1/2 cup (red & green)
Cabbage - 1 1/2 cups
Salt - to season
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Water - 3-4 tbsp
Oil - to brush
For Sauce -
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Schezwan Chutney - 3 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Corn Starch - 1 tsp
Water - 2-3 tbsp
