Kimilili member of parliament Didmus Barasa has submitted to the clerk of the National Assembly, grounds for his impeachment motion against National Treasury CS, Henry Rotich. Barasa argues that his intention to impeach Rotich, is informed by gross misconduct and contravention of the constitution.
