野宮真貴「CANDY MOON」duet with 松尾レミ（GLIM SPANKY) ライブ・ムービー／ Maki Nomiya "CANDY MOON" Official Live Movie

4月24日開催「野宮真貴 40th Anniversary Live～New Beautiful～」大阪公演にゲスト出演した松尾レミと共演した「CANDY MOON」の初歌唱ライブ・ムービーが公開となった。
ニューアルバム『New Beautiful』に収録された「CANDY MOON」は、幼い頃からピチカート・ファイヴを聴いて育った松尾レミが敬愛する野宮真貴にプレゼントした1曲。GLIM SPANKYでのロッキッシュな楽曲とは一線を画した、松尾レミと野宮真貴だけが表現できるガーリーでスタイリッシュな上質のポップスに仕上がっている。60年代サンシャイン・ポップを彷彿とさせる本曲は、渋谷系の系譜に連なる「ポスト渋谷系」とも言える作品だ。
実は野宮がピチカート・ファイヴに加入した年齢と現在の松尾はほぼ同じ年齢。ミュージシャンとしてのリスペクトと友情で結ばれた2人が初めて「CANDY MOON」を一緒に歌唱し、その歌声にライブ会場は華やかさと多幸感に包まれた。
「オルタナティブ・ポップスの女王」のこと野宮真貴と「オルタナティブ・ロックの若きクイーン」松尾レミが、世代を超えて生み出した名曲「CANDY MOON」をアルバムだけでなく、本ライブ・ムービーでも楽しんでほしい。

The first live movie of Maki Nomiya singing "CANDY MOON" with Remi Matsuo, who appeared as a guest performer at the "Maki Nomiya 40th Anniversary Live ~New Beautiful~" Osaka concert on April 24, is now available.
Remi Matsuo, who grew up listening to Pizzicato Five as a child, gave "CANDY MOON" from her new album "New Beautiful" to Maki Nomiya, whom she adores. Reminiscent of 60's sunshine pop, this song is a "post-Shibuya-kei" work in the lineage of Shibuya-kei.
In fact, Nomiya joined Pizzicato Five at about the same age as Matsuo is now. The two, who are bound by respect and friendship as musicians, sang "CANDY MOON" together for the first time, and their voices filled the live venue with a sense of splendor and euphoria.
