Machine Denib: Removing Minor Imperfection in Paint

Standard Operating Procedure for removing dirt nibs with the 3M™ 3” Random Orbital Sander with a soft interface pad.  Start with either 1500 or 2000 grit for dirt nibs, followed by 3M™ Trizact 3000 grit.  Continue onto the buffing and polishing steps using the 3M™ Perfect-It™ EX system and Sun Gun™ II for inspection.
