This 8 BHK duplex in Dwarka gets a stunning interior design by Livspace!

Tarun and Priyanka Sachdev who own an 8 BHK duplex in Winter Hills, Dwarka Mor, Delhi wanted to convert it into one luxury duplex, inspired by their many travels.
Foyer
Interior Designer Harshpreet planned the teakwood staircase with clear glass ceiling and double-height green feature wall. As soon as you enter there's a minimalist entry foyer, prepping you up for the big reveals in the rest of their beautiful home. The design language is a mix of industrial and contemporary.
Living room
This space is a semi-formal space, which would mostly be used by the family members and not so much for the Guests. As it is the central point from where the entire floor can be seen, the whole space is wrapped up in a lovely shade of beige, to give it a more spacious appeal. The turquoise and yellow accents add vibrancy here.
Dining room
The living room opens to the dining area which we created by demolishing the wall of one bedroom. The chairs are in Prussian blue and are paired with onyx-top, metal-legged dining table (Following the continuity of a feature wall is designed using mirror panels, making the area look spacious.
Pooja room
A compact minimalist Pooja Corner has been created in white paint and teak wood finish. Intricate jaali pattern on the sides solves the purpose of semi partition and adding an ornate look to the unit.
Mother's Bedroom
She loved colours and wanted her room to be vibrant like her peppiness and positive nature. We gave her a fuchsia quilted headboard and a floral wallpaper to match with it. We also designed storage for her medicines and daily needs.
Master Bedroom The couple had an inclination towards pastel colours but also loved sophisticated spaces. We combined both and added golden trims on the feature wall, with white and gold wallpaper. A high wing headboard in onion pink in mighty velvet fabric adds luxury. A contrasting dressing area was created with emerald green bench, this bench is movable, so can be used as additional seating in the room and slides under the dressing table when not being used. Decor had been carefully curated in the shades of pink and green as well.
Kid's room
Since the kid's would soon be teenagers, the parents wanted the room to not look too childish. So we gave them a feature wall which is an artsy illustration of busy city life by Krsna Mehta. And kept the rest of the room basic in mint green and white.
Lounge: A low seating lounge was created in the tones of beige. They needed a desert lounge feel to space and wanted furniture which does not limit their seating options. We gave them a modular seating arrangement which is compact but can open up to 10 seaters when guests arrive. It could also be used as an additional bedding zone when hosting a party for a larger set of people.
Walk-in closet It opens to a metallic beige sliding wardrobe. We've given the centre sliding panel in full length mirror. An equally glamorous damask wallpaper was chosen for this room. To add drama to this space, we've given a straight-line square crystal chandelier and track lights on a dark ceiling.
Daughter's Room: The daughter's room is given a dreamy forest look in shades of pale pink and forest green. A seven-foot long study table is designed for her along with a dressing area.
Activity Area: This room is a yoga, dance and pilates zone. A full-length wall-to-wall mirror is designed, with grey and orange walls.
Study: This room was inspired by Santorini, Greece and reflects the couple's love for travel. It was designed for creating a library and work-from-home set up.
