Publishing this for reference. I use about 10 thin silver sheets in a glass container, and dump High concentration hydrogen peroxide on it.

The first has stabilizers: all the things that slow down h2o2 decomposing into h2o. The reaction is vigorous, and burns for a very long time. Note the black junk at the bottom, which I believe is the stabilizer residue. I believe the stabilizers slow down the reaction, so if you're making rockets you need to get rid of these. I estimate the h2o2 concentration to be in the 80-90% range here.

The second has stabilizers removed. The reaction is much quicker. I'm not sure exactly the concentration of the second, probably somewhere between 70-80%.
