SERVES: 6-7 People
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar Syrup:
• ¼ Cup Sugar (चीनी)
• ¼ Cup Hot Water (गरम पानी)
Soaking Dry Fruits:
• 2 Tbsp Cashew (काजू)
• 2 Tbsp Almonds (बादाम)
• 2 Tbsp Raisins (किशमिश)
• 2 Tbsp Black Raisins (कला मनुका)
• 2 Tbsp Tutti Frutti (टूटी फ्रूटी)
• ½ Cup Cranberry Juice (क्रैनबेरी जूस)
Cake:
• ½ Cup Curd (दही)
• ½ Cup Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
• 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस)
• 2 Tbsp Oil (तेल)
• 2 Tbsp Melted Butter (पिघला हुआ मक्ख़न)
• 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
• ¼ Tsp Cinnamon Powder (दालचीनी पाउडर)
• 1/8 Tsp Ginger Powder (अदरक/सौंठ पाउडर)
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• ½ Tsp Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा)
• 1 & ½ Tbsp Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
• Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 45-50 min
• OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min Then bake for 35-40 min
