Lemon Brownies I Recipe Share

Mom's Lemon Brownies
-1 cup flour
-3/4 cup sugar
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon baking soda
-2 eggs
-1/4 cup sour cream
-3 tablespoons oil
-zest of lemon
-2 tablespoons lemon juice
-1 teaspoon lemon extract
Glaze;
-1 cup powdered sugar
-1 teaspoon lemon extract
-2 tablespoons water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a 7 x 11 inch baking dish with cooking spray and line baking dish with parchment paper (leave extra for handles), and spray paper with cooking spray.  Put all ingredients in a bowl, stir by hand until smooth.  Spread batter in pan and bake approximately 23 minutes.  Cool in pan for 10 minutes.  Glaze; stir glaze ingredients in bowl; glaze brownies and let cool completely. run knife along dish edge and remove brownies tugging on parchment paper handles.
