PSP1001 power on, no screen. HELP

Hey guys. If anyone out there can help me.
I have a Sony PSP1001. This is my 2nd one I've owned.
I bought a new battery, cover, charger and even a new screen. And replaced the screen. Everything is brand new on it. And still nothing works. The green power button light comes on. But nothing.

Took out the battery, tried powering it on with just the charger. Same thing. I tried the L trigger and home button, nothing.

If there is anything else I can do. Please let me know. Thanks.
