The highest voted option on the pole was building a level, but I didn't have any ideas, so here's an ICL level instead.

Highly encouraged to copy the level and see what I did!

My main thoughts behind this were to make a Tax Evasion style dual, but with a decode wave, not a minus wave.

This didn't come out as good as I wanted, my deco style is really random and as such, cutting down ~3 hours of footage was a bit complicated. I should get better at this as time goes on.
