VisiQuick™ - Dimensional inspection of glass containers on sample basis

VisiQuick™ is a flexible machine for dimensional and geometric inspection, on sample basis, of glass containers for food & beverage, perfumery, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

The machine can measure, without job change, containers having different size, shape and colour.

It includes high resolution cameras for the inspection of the external parameters such as, for example, height, verticality, mouth parallelism, diameters on body, neck and finish, long/short sides, diagonals and many more.
It can also integrate optional measuring stations for the inspection of:
• mouth internal diameter and profile
• weight
• push-up
• glass thickness

VisiQuick™ machine can communicate with production monitoring systems like, for example, Vertech SIL.
