Hey Lovely’s! In this video I will show you how I made this delicious Baked Mac and Cheese with Chicken.
Ingredients :
2 Chicken Breast
Small Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
Red Sauce of your choice (2-3 Cups)
Pasta Type of your choice (1/2 the box)
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1.5 Cups Whole Milk
1.5 Cups Mozzarella
2 Cups Grated Provolone
📍To Season Chicken:
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Black Garlic Powder
Salt to Taste
📍To Season Red Sauce
Pinch of Dried Thyme, Dried Basil, Oregano
📍To Season Béchamel (White Sauce)
1 tsp Black Pepper
Salt to Taste
1 tsp Cayenne
