INGREDIENTS:
bell peppers - 7 pcs.
FOR TEST:
flour - 400g
melted butter - 3 tablespoons
water - 180ml (warm)
baking powder - 8g
salt - 1/2 tsp.
seasonings optional
coriander - 1/2 tsp
Italian herbs - 1/2 tsp
dried garlic - 1/2 tsp
pepper - 1/4 tsp
paprika - 1/2 tsp
Knead a soft dough, cover, leave for 15 minutes.
FILLING:
boiled potatoes - 3pcs
onion - 1pc (fried in vegetable oil)
processed cheese - 90g (any is possible)
greens (I have dill)
salt - 1 tsp
black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
dried garlic - 1/2 tsp.
coriander - 1/2 tsp.
vegetable oil for frying.
Fry the peppers on all sides, in well-heated vegetable oil, over medium heat, turning constantly.
