O BOLO DE FRUTAS, QUE NÃO PODE FALTAR NA SUA CASA! SIMPLES E DELICIOSO...

Ingredients

Cake dough:
2 cups of wheat flour (260g)
1 tablespoon cake baking powder (12g)
3/4 cup butter or margarine (150g)
1 cup of sugar (180g)
3 whole eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar or essence
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup of milk (80ml)
200g dried and candied fruits (I used: candied fruits, raisins, apricots and cranberries)
1 glass of rum (50ml)

Cake top:
1 cup icing sugar
Milk until done
Fruits to taste for finishing

Cup size: 240ml
Mold/baking pan dimensions: 22 × 11 × 9cm
