how to sync Wii balance board when flashing blue

In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to connect your Wii Balance board to your Wii. First off, if your Balance board is flashing blue but never gets to a solid blue, that might be because you need to enter a game to sync it up. If you sync it at the Wii menu it won't sync. After opening a game you will be promted with a screen to sync up your board. If it doesn't work there, try to restart your Wii and try again.
