After six years of specialist training, she decides to give up her doctor's coat and give up her job, even though it was a childhood dream. Lack of staff, 24-hour services, endless overtime, extra shifts, night shifts and the economization in the hospital system - she no longer wants to bear all of this. And it is not an isolated case, because an ad hoc survey by the Marburger Bund showed in February 22 that almost every fourth hospital doctor is considering a change of job.
This film is a diary of her last month on duty and provides a rare, intense inside look at a healthcare system in which employees are constantly pushed to their breaking point. In order to be able to change something about the grievances in the system, the doctor wants to get involved politically in the future.

The protagonist's statements support the findings from surveys by the Marburg Association, which took place in February and May of this year and in which more than 8000 clinicians took part.
