Pakistani style aloo aur andey
Pakistani style aloo aur andey ka salan is a spicy and flavourful curry which goes well with plain white rice, roti or paratha. This different egg curry is worth trying at home.
Ingredients:-
Hard boiled egg 4 pcs
Potatoes 4 big sized
Onion 1 big sized (thinly sliced)
Tomato 1 medium sized
Green chillies 4 ( or as per your taste )
Garlic 10 to 12 cloves
Ginger 1/2 inch piece
Whole black pepper 5 to 6
Green cardamom 3
Cloves 3 to 4
Cinnamon 1/2 inch stick
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Gram flour or besan 1/2 tbsp
Fennel seed paste or saunf paste 1/2 tbsp
Yogurt or dahi 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste ( optional )
Mustard oil 3 to 4 tbsp
