भूउपयोग क्षेत्र वर्गीकरणका आधार मापदण्ड तथा क्षेत्रफल बमोझिम छुटाईएको, जमिनको रुपमा वर्गीकरण गरेको छ भन्ने विषयमा चर्चा गरिएकछौ।

4. औधोगिक क्षेत्र
5. खानी तथा खनिज क्षेत्र
6. वन क्षेत्र
7. नदी,खोला ताल सिमसार क्षेत्र
8. सार्वजनिक उपयोगको क्षेत्र
9. सांस्कृतिक तथा पुरातात्त्विक महत्त्वको क्षेत्र
10. नेपाल सरकारबाट आवश्यकता अनुसार तोकिएका अन्य क्षेत्र
