Eggless Coffee Cupcakes Recipe with eggless coffee buttercream frosting (grain free)

The buttercream which I have prepared here is known as Russian buttercream and it is the easiest buttercream to make! At the same time it’s super silky and is completely grain free!

The cupcakes are vegan adaptable, so you can use vegan milk, vegan butter etc to make these vegan!

The recipe is made with no eggs, and no curd!

Ingredients-

Eggless coffee cupcakes 🧁
Ingredients-
Milk - 1/2 cup
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Maida - 3/4 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Caster/icing sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt - pinch
Coffee - 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp

Bake In a  prehated oven at 170 C for 15- 20 minutes



For the coffee Buttercream frosting-
Ingredients -
2 tsp coffee
1 Tbsp hot water
170 grams unsalted butter
100 grams condensed milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
