Sam Adams Cherry Wheat Beer Bread | Easy to make the recipe in the description.  A very satisfying and tasty bread to make.  With a hint of cherry that really knocks it over the top with flavor.

Had a few people ask so figured I'd work off the afternoon boredom making this how-to video.

Beer Bread is a fairly dense bread but tasty nonetheless.  You're not going to find a much easier to make, no yeast need with just a few ingredients recipe for bread.

Shifting the flour and pouring the beer into the bowl slowly will give it more rise and help make it slightly more fluffy.

Pardon the messy kitchen it was a high volume baking day!

I HIGHLY recommend using Sam Adams Cherry wheat but you can use whatever beer flavor you'd like, but I do recommend using warm beer (take it out of the fridge sooner).  I also up the brown sugar to 1/2 to 3/4 cup.

Try it out you won't be disappointed!!!

Beer bread recipe

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1½ tablespoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup light brown sugar (1/2 cup for me)
12 ounces lager (or beer of your choice)
2 tablespoons butter, melted and slightly cooled
Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°. Grease an 8½-by-4½ loaf pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar to combine.
Pour in the beer and stir with a wooden spoon until just combined. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and top with the butter.
Bake the bread until golden brown and firm, about 1 hour. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
