How to perform a Diagnostics test on your Samsung Galaxy phone | Samsung US

Quickly identify potential issues with your phone by running a diagnostics test. Running a test is simple! Launch the Samsung Members app, tap Support, tap View tests, and then tap Test all. If you prefer, you can simply tap an individual function to test by tapping its Icon. Your phone will then run the test. As you go through it, you will need to perform the tasks being asked, and answer any questions that appear. Once complete, a blue check mark will appear on the tests that have been completed. The tests that have failed and need further action will be red. Watch this video for full details.
