✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
* Water(पानी) - Somee
* Milk Full Cream(दूध ) - 1/2 Litre
* Sugar (चीनी ) - 3 Tbsp
* Cashew Powder (ड्राई फ्रूट्स पाउडर) - Some
* Dry Fruits (ड्राई फ्रूट्स) - Some
* Sugar (चीनी ) - Some
* Water (पानी) - Some
* Green Cardamom(हरी इलायची) - 3-4
* Saffron (केसर) - Some
* All Pourpose Flour (मैदा) - 1/2 Cup
* Ghee (घी) - 1 Spoon
* Eno (इनो) - 1/2
* Water (पानी) - Some
* Ghee (घी) - Some

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐝𝐢, firstly, take a heavy bottom pan, put some Water and milk in it, and keep the flame high. When the Milk starts boiling, then add Sugar, Dry Fruits Powder & finely chopped Dry Fruits. Stir it continuously & boil the Milk until it becomes thick. Then take out the Rabri into a bowl & keep it cool down completely. Lastly, keep it in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours. Last, take out the Rabri from the fridge and garnish with chopped Pistachio. In this way, Tasty Lachhedar Mango Rabdi will get ready to serve.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩, put some Water and Sugar in a pan. When Sugar gets melted, put Cardamom Powder and some Saffron in it and cook it till it becomes sticky. In this way, Sugar Syrup will get ready.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐢, take a bowl & put All-Purpose Flour, Ghee, and Eno Fruit Salt and mix well. Make the batter by adding water gradually. Take a cone & put the mixture in it. Keep kadhai on the gas & put Ghee in it. Make Jalebi in it & keep the flame slow. Then after 1 min turn the Jalebi & turn the flame high. Take out the Jalbei & put it in the Sugar Syrup then after 1 minute take out it on the plate. In the same way, make all the Jalebies. Serve it & enjoy it with rabdi.
