A great story to build self-confidence!
Did you know that Butterflies migrate (or go from one place to another, usually for food or a new home)? Today our Butterfly friend is migrating 200 miles to get to the flowers, but he has a hard time believing he can do it. Along the way he gets some help from a friend, and he begins to believe in himself. He “flies, flies again”! Let’s enjoy the magic of reading as we read together, “The Little Butterfly that Could” written and illustrated by Ross Burach and see if the butterfly makes it to his new home.
