Hey everybody!! For this food challenge I'm at the The Fish House on Carlyle Lake in Carlyle, Illinois. I'll be taking on their massive Haystack Breakfast Challenge which was loaded with various breakfast items!! Most importantly, this challenge was undefeated when I attempted it!!

The Fish House’s undefeated "Haystack" American Breakfast Challenge in Carlyle, Illinois ($20):
The base layer consists of 4 large biscuits split in half on a large circular platter. They are covered with 4 large servings of buttered hash brown potatoes along with 8 portions of meat. There are 4 delicious meat portion options to choose from which are 2 sausage links, 1 sausage patty, 1 slice of ham, and 3 slices of bacon. Each of those equal 1 portion, so you must select 8 of them total. Next they add 8 eggs which you can get fried or scrambled. Everything is added together and smothered with a lake's worth of sausage gravy. There is a 30 minute time limit to finish everything. Winners receive the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and they get their name and photo posted up on the restaurant's Wall Of Fame.
