What Is the BEST Furnace Array in Minecraft?

TLDR: 144k is the practical max. To get that you need 8 dropper speed modules, or a hopper minecart distributing to 80 sub minecart arrays. If the goal is not the max, then really any will do. Of course combining things is an option.

After doing a lot of research, and plenty of math, I have come to the conclusion that it doesn't really matter. There are plenty of designs out there with their own benefits. The realistic limit is 114k items per hour. For dropper speed, that would require 8 modules. A hopper minecart would need a very heavy item distribution. It all depends on how much resources you are willing to spend. I personally still recommend my optimized design for being a good middle ground (cheap and about 1.5 times dropper speed).
