〖Echocardiography〗 Clinical phenotypes of HFpEF - hypertensive heart disease 🫀

In several clinical scenarios, heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) plays an important role. The differentiation of clinical and etiological phenotypes helps in treating patients. The first clinical phenotype we will discuss is hypertensive heart disease. Strain imaging of the left ventricle and the left atrium as findings such as remodeling and LVH can help us to understand the consequence of elevated filling pressure.
