Me and my cute son love strawberries.
I like sweet strawberries, but I also really like strawberries with a slightly sour taste and a bit firm texture.
In Korea, where I live, there is a slight difference in taste and texture between summer strawberries and winter strawberries.
I like summer hard, sweet and sour strawberries.
But that summer strawberry season is not far away.
I made a recipe so that you can make delicious strawberry cake using slightly sour strawberries.
A really delicious strawberry cake that gave the whole family a thumbs up.
This cake recipe will be reborn as a strawberry cake that is delicious enough even with a tasteless strawberry.
It tastes like magic, not magic.

237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1tsp
1 egg (without shell) 53g
Heavy Cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sieving)
♥ Cake finished size
[ 15cm(D) * 7cm (H) ]
● Fluffy vanilla sponge cake
(Mold size: 15cm (diameter)
3 eggs
80g sugar (1/3 cup+1Tbsp )
a pinch of salt
3ml vanilla extract
18 g Honey (2 tsp)
30g milk ( 2 Tbsp )
95g cake flour ( 1/2 cup + 3Tbsp)
30g unsalted butter ( 2 Tbsp)
♥ Strawberry Syrup
30 g water (2 Tbsp)
18 g sugar ( 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
Dijon Framboise 3ml
*** How to make ㅡㅡㅡ
1. Measure water and sugar
2. Melt the sugar.
3. Add Dijon Framboise and mix.
♥ Heavenly taste! ganache whipped cream
90g white chocolate (1/2 cup+1Tbsp )
90g warm heavy cream (1/3 cup+2tsp )
15g sweetened condensed milk ( 1 Tbsp )
20g sugar ( 1 Tbsp + 1/2 Tbsp )
Kirsch 5ml ( choice)
280g cold heavy cream (1 cup + 3Tbsp)
