ココアスポンジ(27x27cm ロール型, 1.3cm厚スライス)
Cocoa sponge(27x27cm rollcake mold, 1.3cm slice)

焼成: 170℃に鉄板ごと予熱したオーブンで約15分
Bake: 338°F preheated oven for 15 min.
