Tokyo’s Best Japanese Restaurants | Yamazaki

I had the great pleasure of dining at Yamazaki, one of the most popular Japanese restaurants in Tokyo these days. It's a 6 to 12 months waiting list to get a reservation.

The food was fantastic! Some dishes seemed quite simple like the unagi dish, for example but it was definitely taken to another level by this skilled chef and his team!
